At Trinity Hammer, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our tools. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our policy regarding returns and exchanges below.

1. Order Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. Orders may be canceled at any time before the item has been picked up for shipment.

If your order has not yet shipped, we are happy to void the shipment with no issue. Once an item has been picked up by the carrier, it is no longer eligible for cancellation and must follow our return policy outlined below.

2. Return Policy (Parts & Products)

We generally do not offer returns on sold parts. The most common exception is when an incorrect part was purchased.

If a return is requested due to purchasing the wrong part, it may be reviewed and approved at our discretion. To be considered, the item must be:
• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

3. Return Window

For approved returns, requests must be made within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.

4. Return Shipping Costs

We believe in transparent pricing, including how we handle returns:

Defective or Damaged Items: If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), Trinity Hammer will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.

Approved Returns (Wrong Part Ordered): If a return is approved due to ordering the wrong part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original Shipping: Please note that original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email our support team at info@trinityhammer.com with your order number and the reason for the return
  2. Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions
  3. Pack the item securely and include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation inside the box

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification.

Approval: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment
Timeline: Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you have (if eligible) and make a separate purchase for the new item.

8. Non-Returnable Items

• All sold parts (unless approved due to incorrect part purchase)
• Items showing signs of heavy use or damage not caused by shipping
