Shipping & Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled at any time before the item has been picked up by the carrier.

If your order has not yet shipped, we have no problem voiding the shipment. Once the item has been picked up and is in transit, the order can no longer be canceled.

1. Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, Trinity Hammer exclusively ships to addresses within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing Times

Standard Orders: Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days
Custom or High-Demand Items: If an item requires a longer lead time, this will be noted on the specific product page
Order Tracking: As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update

3. Shipping Rates & Methods

We partner with reliable carriers (USPS, UPS, and FedEx) to ensure your tools arrive in perfect condition.

Calculated Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and your delivery zip code
Delivery Estimates: Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days once the package leaves our facility

4. P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

We do ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses via USPS; however, please note that larger or heavier items may require a physical street address for UPS or FedEx delivery. If we are unable to ship to the address provided, we will contact you immediately.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please verify your shipping address during checkout. Trinity Hammer is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the items.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

We take great care in packaging our products to withstand transit.

Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the item and contact us at [Insert Support Email] within 48 hours of delivery
Missing Packages: If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or your local carrier office before contacting us. Once a package is confirmed delivered by the carrier, Trinity Hammer is not responsible for theft
